FamilyMart's Journey

When it first opened its store in 1973, the company decided to choose “FamilyMart” to name the store with a sincere wish that the company's customers, franchised store system, and FamilyMart headquarters will grow together as a family.

In the next stage, we constantly strive to and work hard to meet the diverse needs of customers according to the change of social structure. At the same time, we decided to adjust our business model to strongly promote the benefits of neighboring stores.

With the launch of its first store in Taiwan in 1988, FamilyMart once again recorded an important milestone in its business development to the international market.

According to the most recent statistics on March 31, 2023, our network spans across 8 countries and territories around the world, mainly concentrated in Asia, with more than 24,500 stores. More than that, we continue to explore together in social development and promise to bring many new breakthroughs in the future.

With the aim of becoming the No. 1 convenience store chain in Vietnam, FamilyMart is always continuosly improving quality of products & services as well as the accompanying utilities

Khi mở cửa hàng đầu tiên vào năm 1973, công ty đã quyết định lựa chọn “FamilyMart” để đặt tên cho cửa hàng với một mong muốn chân thành rằng khách hàng của công ty, hệ thống cửa hàng nhượng quyền thương mại và trụ sở chính của FamilyMart sẽ phát triển với nhau như một gia đình. Trong giai đoạn tiếp theo, chúng tôi không ngừng nỗ lực để trở thành nhà cung cấp hạ tầng sống tốt đẹp hơp và làm việc chăm chỉ để đáp ứng nhu cầu đa dạng của khách hàng theo sự thay đổi cấu trúc xã hội. Đồng thời, chúng tôi quyết tâm điều chỉnh mô hình kinh doanh nhằm đẩy mạnh đặc tính thuận lợi của những cửa hàng lân cận.
